1.1. When you register to our platform

1.3. Evaluation
Evaluations and feedbacks benefit the marketplace. This is why, completed evaluation and feedbacks will be shared to other (potential) Clients and will appear in the Consultant profile.
1.4. Recoring Conversations
To ensure the quality and accuracy of the services provided, Skills At Click may record and store some conversations with consultants engaged by our company. The purpose of these recordings is manifold:
- To verify the accuracy of information exchanged during consultations;
- To very the accuracy of the match for a potential project;
- To train our staff to improve our service standards;
- To prevent or resolve potential disputes.
These data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a high standard of quality in the services we offer.
2. Data sharing
When you have specifically agreed (e.g. by applying), your profile can be shared with our customers and/or partners. Moreover, data collected through Skills At Click is saved on cloud servers managed by a third-party host.
These people can be located both within and outside European Union. When transferring data to third parties located outside European Union, Skills At Click will comply with legal and regulatory provisions. Amongst other, Skills At Click will ensure a suitable level of data protection using the EU Commission alternative mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.
Skills At Click cannot be held responsible for transferring (or being obliged to transfer) data to the Belgian/foreign public authorities, or to international institutions pursuant to a legal or regulatory obligation, to a court decision or to defend his own interest.
3. Data storing
Skills At Click will not keep your personal data beyond the time needed to accomplish the purposes for which the data is processed.
Unless you explicitly grant Skills At Click the permission to keep your data for future re-subscription, your personal data will be held for 5 years after you unsubscribe from the platform. Beyond these times, your personal data will be deleted or anonymised.
4. Data security
Skills At Click protects personal data with a variety of technical and organisational protection measures such as encryption, anti-virus software, firewalls, access controls, rigorous selection of staff and suppliers, ….
On the net, total security can never be guaranteed. This is why if your data are compromised because of a breach of information security, Skills At Click will rapidly inform you of this incident and will take appropriate remedial measures.

5.4. Right to data portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format in the limits allowed by the data protection legislation and have the right to transmit those data to another data processing responsible.
5.5. Right to object to direct prospecting
At any time you have the right to be unsubscribed, at the first request and freely, from any direct prospecting communication using one of the following means:
