Posting a project & using the platform is completely free.

Skills At Click’s commission for hiring a consultant is 14% of the daily rate (paid by the client and applied throughout the total project duration), with a minimum of 140€/day. This is much lower than traditional intermediary fees (typically between 30% and 50%).

Ad-hoc pricing will be charged for hiring an expert for expert calls

Yes. You can build your own team of independent consultants. You should ideally post 1 project per profile needed. To facilitate your request completion don’t hesitate to contact your Account Manager.  

Once a project is posted, a dedicated Account Manager will contact you and support you along the process.

Our platform finds and notifies consultants with relevant skills and ask them to confirm their availabilities & interest. The client will be notified by email each time a new candidate confirmed his interest and will have an overview of candidates in his personal space on the platform. 

Our advanced matches & lean processes ensure rapid identification of talent. You can expect to receive applications in 2 or 3 days.  

Response time for the following steps varies by project and clients. Our supporting team is however encouraging both parties to make decision as soon as possible to ensure projects can start at the latest 2 weeks after posting a project.

Confidentiality is key for us. All our consultants agree to respect confidentiality when they join our platform. It is however possible to have consultants signing your own NDA before joining the project.  

Customer satisfaction is critical. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your consultant, contact your Account Manager directly. He/she will try to find a solution.

Administration is reduced to the minimum.

At the end of each month, the consultant completes a timesheet. The client has then 10 days to validate it, after which it will tacitly but irremediably be considered as accepted. Invoices are then generated and send to you. Clients pay Skills At Click & Skills At Click pays the consultants.  

If a consultant asks to engage directly outside the platform, please notify it directly to your Account Manager.

Engaging with a consultant through Skills At Click and circumventing afterwards the platform to work together on a project is strictly prohibited and violates our Terms of Service. Both clients and consultants shall have to compensate Skills At Click and may lose their access to the platform.

Yes. We will then charge 20% of the first year’s annual gross salary including all advantages (plus applicable VAT).
